LID ELEVATOR

The MAPER system of stationary rotary internal irrigation basically consists of a fixed structure on which the irrigation system is installed which, with a simple mechanism activated by the transmission system of the machine, causes the jets to perform an angular rotation determined by step. of the bottles.

PREWASH MODULE

In this module, the bottles are subjected to internal and external injections with water recovered from the pre-rinsing system, in order to eliminate solid waste, reduce the contamination of the first soda tank and preheat the bottles.

DIVE TANKS

In a series of tanks arranged with caustic soda, the washing operation is carried out by means of the chemical action of the caustic soda, the temperature and the mechanical action generated by the rotary irrigation injection systems and by the immersion process itself. . The number of tanks depends on the required treatment time.

FINAL RINSE MODULE

The fresh water enters the machine and circulates in the form of a waterfall and in the opposite direction to the transport of the bottle-holder baskets. Subsequently there is a draining time before entering the discharge, thus avoiding dripping on the bottles at the exit.

LABEL EXTRACTORS

Mainly composed of an axial pump, liquid recirculation ducts, and a label separator tank, forming a set of high efficiency and minimal operating costs. This entire system is mounted laterally to the soaking tanks of the bottle washing machine, its operation basically consists of driving the washing solution over the lines of bottles that run inside the machine, detaching and dragging all the paper towards the tank. separator, which in turn will expel it to the outside through a traveling mesh filtration system.

LABEL COMPACTOR

The labels extracted from the washing machine are received by an accumulation hopper and taken to the discharge tube, where the washing solution is removed from the labels, through a hydraulic cylinder that exerts pressure on them, achieving that the solution lower to a filter screen.

Crate washing structure.

Maper box washing systems have as a washing principle the immersion and / or injection of tempered solution at high flow and pressure. Its structure is made of stainless steel sheets and profiles and is mainly composed of three washing modules: Prewash, Wash and Rinse.

INTERNAL TRANSPORTATION

The transport of boxes within the jet tunnel is done in a continuous and orderly manner by the action of a stainless steel table top chain conveyor. A set of lateral metal guides guide the boxes throughout their travel, the box conveyor is driven by a worm gear motor located at the end of the machine.

IMMERSION OR INJECTION SYSTEM

The machine has strategically distributed plastic nozzles, which completely cover the area of ​​the boxes with their jets and an effective treatment can be obtained in the internal and external washing of them.

MOISTURE SWEEPERS

The function of the humidity scavengers is to reduce the percentage of transfer or carry-over of solution between the different tanks of the machine, avoiding unnecessary contamination of the solution and increasing the quality of the wash.

FILTRATION SYSTEMS

Independent filtration systems for each of the washing tanks, can be: manual or automatic, they are located prior to the entry of water, to avoid the entry of solids through the pump that could damage it or obstruct the nozzles.
